Gin Tonic Berry Sensation
Ingredients:
5CL. PITAGIN,
30gr. of forest fruits,
4 mint leaves,
Tonic of Azahar and lavender (schweppes),
Chocolate Bitter
Garnish: Orange and mint twist
Cup: Gintonic (ball)
How to do it:
Firstly, we prepare to infuse the gin with the red fruits and the mint leaves in a bowl for 3 minutes. Cool the glass with cube ice, discard the water and then add the infusion of gin. We continue with the tonic of orange blossom and lavender.
We finished with two strokes of chocolate bitter.
To decorate we make an orange twist and add some red fruit.
