Green Valley
Ingredients:
5cl. Pitagin,
5cl. pineapple juice,
2cl. natural lemon juice,
1.5 cl. Basil syrup (Monin).
Optional: white egg, (this gives the consistency and creaminess to the cocktail).
Ice: Cube (only to cool, the cocktail itself does not contain ice).
Garnish: Dehydrated pineapple,basil leaf.
Cup: Coupé
How to do it:
Shake the cocktail shaker with all the ingredients.
If we choose the option with egg white, before adding the ingredients we make a Dryshake with the clear * (this is done to mount a little the clear one and that we have a homogeneous cream that adds texture to the drink) finally we add the ice and the ingredients.
Pour the contents of the cocktail shaker into the coupé cup and finish by decorating with dehydrated pineapple and a basil leaf.
